Why are we here?
As an Anglican Church we are a local Parish church serving a developing semi-urban area with now over 15,000 people. We are concerned to be a source of help, spiritual insight and support for this Parish and through services, visits and our general church life seek to accomplish this.
We are, of course, also a living church - a part of God's worldwide church. As such we have a biblical mandate to express the love of God as clearly as we can and to communicate the good news of Jesus to all.
As a living church we expect our Sunday Celebration services to be a place of lively worship where we can encounter God and a place of relevant bible teaching which will help us live out our daily christian lives. These are some of our key Values as a church.
As a whole church we run several weekly worship events, have many small groups called LifeGroups and we join in Villages which share a common concern for people. You would be welcome in all of these!
