Being the people of God, fulfilling the purposes of God

Mission Villages

Our mission villages are part of a calling to develop a more outward approach to our church. Listen to Clive speaking about this on the video alongside.

In response to a clear sense of direction from God, and in line with many churches throughout the UK, we recognise that we can be more effective in sharing life and faith if we do so with others who have the same passion and sense of purpose.

Our Villages - clusters of 2 or more cells - are centred on specific areas of activity and involvement. These include  work with families, the elderly, those in need and also general shared activities such as music, walking etc. In addition, we have Villages which centre on our congregational centres and provide welcome, hospitality and support for individuals in their journey of faith.

Transition to these mission villages is a process for us as a church and we are happy to see these develop as people share vision with others and collect around that vision.
