Manor Farm Community Church has Sunday morning meetings in Manor Farm Junior School, Rose Avenue, Hazlemere at 10.30am. We aim to support the local community, especially in the three local schools, and are involved with an evergrowing number of young families. We are also seeking out ways to serve our elderly residents, and continue to appreciate our Anglican roots and the relational network built up over many years by those who form part of the church community.
