On Saturday 10th June there will be a walk for anyone who is part of the ConNEcT network and any friends they would like to bring. The walk is a 6 mile loop through countryside with a pub lunch in Old Amersham half way around. You could just join for lunch and maybe walk the second half.
The walk starts at 11am in the Hodgemoor Woods Forestry Commission car park just south of Amersham Old Town off the A355, OS Grid ref. 960941 (see online map), and the pub lunch is at 1pm-ish the The Eagle, 145 High Street, Old Amersham (see map). This is a great opportunity to invite friends and get to know other people in ConNEcT. If you join for lunch and back to Hodgemoor Woods (the prettiest bit of the walk) you can get a lift back to Amersham afterwards.
