We are the Anglican church in Hazlemere, near High Wycombe, Bucks. We are one church, meeting as multiple congregations in different places around Hazlemere and Widmer End on Sundays and some weekdays, and as smaller cell groups throughout the week. Our vision is to to be God's people and fulfil his purposes in our local neighbourhoods and among the friends and contacts in our social networks, with the emphasis varying between congregations.

Our congregation main meeting times:
- Holy Trinity, meeting at 10.30am in the parish church on Amersham Road
- The Church of the Good Shepherd, on Georges Hill in Widmer End, meeting at 10.30am, and incorporating the Widmer End Cluster and the Cedar Park Cluster.
- Manor Farm Community Church, meeting at 10.30am in the Junior school on the Rose Avenue Estate
- ConNEcT, a network congregation meeting at 6.30pm on Sunday evenings at Holy Trinity Church and at 8pm on some Tuesday evenings in the Church of the Good Shepherd.

Hazlemere Church of England Combined School is our linked church school, with buildings behind Holy Trinity Church on Amersham Road.
